Assist sales team on handling all administrative jobs / other ad-hoc tasks Handle customers’ inquiry through mail & phone (e.g. preparing quotation and proforma invoice, tracking delivery schedule, handling order cancellation etc.) Responsible for handling customer PO and monitoring order status (e.g. order entry, payment collection, delivery arrangement, sales and credit release, etc.) Customer relationship building Requirements: F. 6 or above education background With strong competency as listed above Fresh graduate will be considered Immediate available is highly preferred With us, you’ll make technology happen in surprising ways.
