About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Assistant who is outgoing, organized, and relentlessly proactive with follow-ups. This is a dynamic, high-responsibility support role for someone who wants to build their sales career by helping drive our pipeline, learning how the product works, and becoming an essential part of the client experience.
You will work directly under the company owner, who leads primary sales, and your job is to keep the engine running: make the calls, do the follow-ups, manage the CRM, and ensure every client is tracked and nurtured. This is not just an admin role. We need someone who thrives on taking initiative, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, and wants to learn the business from the inside out.
Once the initial learning period is complete and you can work independently, remote work is possible for portions of the week. We value accountability and self-direction.

Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with inbound leads and web inquiries
  • Take detailed notes, organize contacts, and track status in our CRM (this is your primary tool)
  • Identify and prioritize leads that require attention or escalation
  • Communicate with the owner and operations team to stay aligned on timelines and client needs
  • Keep the pipeline warm through persistent, respectful, timely outreach
  • Understand the basics of our product offerings so you can confidently talk about next steps
  • Assist with outbound sales efforts when things are slow (you must be comfortable doing this)
  • Help organize and maintain lead flow, follow-up tasks, and appointments

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or outbound calling
  • Naturally outgoing, confident on the phone, and unafraid to follow up without prompting
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • CRM experience is a must (we use one actively and rely on it for all sales tracking)
  • Comfortable working independently, but in support of a lead salesperson
  • Interested in understanding how a custom product is built and delivered
  • Honest, coachable, detail-oriented, and consistent in execution
