Description We are a fast growing company specializing in digital license plate solutions for auto dealerships and their end users. We work with dealerships to streamline vehicle management and enhance customer experience with innovative license plate technology. We use groundbreaking technology to digitize license plates and make them multi-functional. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. Similar to a BDC (Business Development Center) role at a dealership, this position focuses on high volume outbound calling to engage auto dealerships promote our digital license plate products and support sales funnel from prospecting to onboarding. This position will work closely with our Territory managers to coordinate outreach efforts, support regional sales goals and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through purchaser and setup. Key Responsibilities: Proactively make a high volume of outbound calls to auto dealerships daily. Introduce and present our digital license plate solution to dealership representatives. Identify, qualify, and follow up with sales leads and decision-makers. Guide dealerships through the purchasing and onboarding process. Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in CRM software. Assist with customer inquiries, product questions and issue resolution. Collaborate with Territory Managers to align on strategy and maximize regional sales performance. Work with marketing and sales leadership to execute campaigns and initiatives. Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships. Requirements Required skills/Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Thorough understanding of product Proficient in using technology (i.e. Microsoft Office, etc.) Data analysis Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, inside sales, BDC, or customer service (automotive or tech industry preferred). Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence. Comfortable with outbound calling and managing sales quotas. Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Highly organized, deadline-driven, and attentive to detail. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
