INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE – BEST RENTAL SERVICES INC.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong Knowledge of various equipment lines including aerial equipment, load bearing, compaction, earth moving, contractor tools etc. an asset
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products
· 2 + years experience in a similar role an asset
· Knowledge of Systematics Rental Software an asset
· Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience
· Punctual and reliable
· Superior and well-developed sales, and communication skills
· Goal driven and willingness to go above and beyond.
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently
· Represent Best Rental positively with high energy and enthusiasm

· Proficient and accurate completion of full cycle paperwork including contract write ups, invoicing, cycle billings etc. using Systematics Rental Software
· Answer a multi-line telephone system
· Provide detailed information to clients and respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
· Work collaboratively and closely with the parts and service department driving efficiency and quality metrics
· Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships with an emphasis on customer service
· Maintain the highest standards of safety and productivity
· Other duties as determined by the Management team
· Ability to lift 40lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time
· Ability to load and unload customers as required
