We’re growing and we’re looking for driven Inside Sales professionals who want to grow with us! What You’ll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key point of contact for customers, supporting their day-to-day needs, solving problems, and driving sales growth. This role blends relationship management, technical product knowledge, and fast-paced execution. Develop, maintain, and grow customer accounts through proactive sales and service Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems with urgency and professionalism Prepare and follow up on quotes, pricing requests, and bids Process orders, returns, and changes with a high level of accuracy Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate electrical products and solutions Source alternate or equivalent products based on availability, pricing, and timelines Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment Manage order flow including backorders, deliveries, and job tracking Maintain accurate customer and order records in ERP/CRM systems Build long-term customer relationships through dependable service and communication Meet or exceed sales and gross margin goals Stay current on electrical products, market trends, and industry changes Compensation & Benefits In addition to compensation, this position is eligible for a year-end bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you both professionally and personally: $50k – $70k base (depending on experience) + bonus 75% employer-paid coverage for employee-only medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with a 15% employer match Employee recognition programs, including monthly and annual gift card incentives Employee appreciation discount program (sporting events, movie tickets, and more) 9 paid holidays 80 hours of vacation, plus an additional 8 hours of birthday vacation A culture that values flexibility and supports work-life balance whenever possible Why Join DSI?
