If so, Frontier Construction Products is looking for an experienced Full-Time Inside Sales Assistant who will support the finance and sales departments by fulfilling a variety of customer service and administrative responsibilities. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of orders and supporting the office team in managing daily activities. Your responsibilities would entail a variety of duties such as (but not limited to) sales, online searches for potential orders, creating order packages, data entry, and liaising with other departments. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to confirm sales details and address inquiries
  • Liaise with Accounting, Production, and Dispatch teams to coordinate inventory, orders, and deliveries
  • Research and identify new leads, projects, and opportunities through online platforms
  • Prepare and distribute quotes, order packages, and related documentation
  • Enter and update customer and sales data in spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with other office duties as needed
