As a Lucid Inside Sales Associate based in Munich, you will focus on lead management, ensuring the pipeline is actively managed and leads are handled following a strategic cadence. Your main responsibility is to manage high volumes of leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and qualify leads for the next stage in the customer journey—whether that is moving towards a test drive or continuing an informed engagement.
You are a critical part of our sales operation by ensuring leads are effectively contacted, managed, and nurtured, all while driving efficiency in the process. Your primary goal will be to improve lead response times, contribute to Test Drive conversion, and ensure no potential customer is overlooked.
