QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement, preferably in the security, service, or staffing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional tone.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the security industry or similar service industries is a plus.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a results-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and booking meetings with decision-makers to drive business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads in warehouse, commercial, residential, and retail sectors.
  • Proactively engage prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their security needs.
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers for the Business Development Executive to close deals.
  • Sales Support:
  • Maintain a detailed record of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to utilize sales materials and campaigns effectively.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
