Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at a leading structural fasteners manufacturing company. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization by providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales growth through effective communication and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels Assist customers in selecting appropriate fasteners and related products based on their project needs Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery Maintain and update customer records in the system Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction Provide technical support and product information to clients Follow up on leads and proactively identify opportunities for new business Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation as needed Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities Requirements Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or technical sales, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate effectively with customers Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude Why Join Us?
