Inside Sales Associate Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and organized Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This role will focus on maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, following up on quoted projects, and identifying opportunities to expand our security and life safety solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable with phone, email, and text communication and enjoys helping customers find the right protection for their needs. Key Responsibilities * Conduct proactive outreach to current customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities. * Follow up on open and quoted projects to assist customers in making informed decisions. * Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to build rapport and trust with clients. * Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure accurate project details and timely follow-up. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, and status updates in the CRM system. * Support the development of sales campaigns, customer re-engagement initiatives, and lead nurturing efforts. * Meet or exceed activity and sales performance goals. Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management (experience in security or fire protection industry a plus). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable with phone-based sales and digital communication tools (email, CRM, text platforms). * Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. * Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them clearly to customers.
