Description
Power-Flo Technologies is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to write orders and assist in proactively guiding our customers through product selection of our industrial automation and control products. This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday. Benefits Package * Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) * PTO program and paid holidays * EAP * 401K * Company provided life insurance (after 1 year of employment) * ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Inside Sales Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: * Supporting outside sales staff by providing customers with proposals on their behalf. * Providing best in class customer service to our customers at all time. * Providing product information and maintaining regular vendor contact for various reasons i.e. expediting open orders. * The candidate must have excellent communication skills. * Reaching out to customers on an as needed basis to inquire about potential future needs. * Will be up-selling customers who have called to place an order by suggesting additional products that could compliment their needs for the specific job that they are working on. * Working with credit department to inquire and help provide resolution to account financial status for customers. Inside Sales Requirements include but not limited to the following:  * Experience with our ERP System that is called Epicor Eclipse is a big plus. * Experience with automation, sensing and electric heating products a plus. * Must be able to learn our Windows based and our text command-based ERP System. * Must be able to handle a high call volume environment. * Must be committed to learn our business and all the product lines and to keep up to date as well. * Ability to remain professional and focused with customers on the phone and successfully conclude the call despite any challenges presented by the customer. * Ability to articulate their track record of success regarding their previous sales performance during an interview. * Must be a Self-motivated and sales driven individual. * Experienced being responsible for maintaining and exceeding quota’s/sales goals. * Valid and clean driver's license.
