We are actively seeking a new Inside Sales Rep to join the team to grow our Automation and Electrical business. Our Inside Sales Reps are responsible for entering orders in a timely manner with appropriate billing, shipping, and customer contact information to build strong working relationships with customers. Functions as the center of all communications due to frequency of direct contact with customers. Engages with our customers and colleagues in a positive and professional manner. Qualifications Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree preferred Prior experience working in industrial distribution Critical Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and efficiently and effectively interact with customers and internal departments. Competent in area of product specialties. Ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies, customer/supplier requirements, websites, and portals CBT specific product and systems knowledge including MS Office, P21, UX, CRMgo, and CBT Website
