MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work closely with General Manager and Area Managers, providing updates of opportunities and issues;

• Contact new customers or those selected by team leads following a sale to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and to solidify the relationship;
• Build and maintain relationships with targeted customers to generate and close new sales opportunities;
• Learn and retain information regarding our product line to assist customers in selecting and qualifying appropriate parts for their application, and to identify possible cross selling opportunities;

CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Effectively communicate with other departments to obtain necessary information. This may include working with the Vendor Relations team to develop pricing for quoting purposes;
· Update customer information & keep accurate records in company systems including CRM and Great Plains;
· Support U.S. Headquarter teams, supporting marketing, Sales and QA requests;
