Inside sales & digital sales (click to door) management Manage and coach the sales team of the dealer, increase conversion rate of half leads and full leads Prioritise process improvements that will boost digital sales and follow the execution together with digital teams Work on alternative dealer models for profitable growth. Work on new methods to increase fixed and solution sales of inside and digital channel CLM Central management of all leads coming from digital channels, outbound calls or campaigns Verification and allocation of leads according to segmentation rules Generation of new leads through outbound calls Performance management of leads Coordination and performance management of call center with regular KPI follow up meetings Reporting and analysis Process optimization and operational efficiency Management of customer data according to KVKK and GDPR University Graduation from a reputable University, from Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or Engineering Faculties Experience in sales channel management, inside sales and/or lead management Good command of Office tools Not a perfect fit?
