The Opportunity As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the growth of WEX’s APAC Mobility business by acquiring new customers and delivering exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for candidates with some sales experience or looking to kick-off their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will focus on converting leads into new business opportunities while gaining exposure to strategic sales initia tives. Key Responsibilities ● Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate and close new business opportunities. ● Communicate WEX’s value proposition clearly and effectively to potential customers. ● Provide tailored fleet and fuel card solutions that meet the needs of SMB customers. ● Maintain accurate sales records and manage pipelines using CRM tools. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. ● Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights. Skills and Experience Required ● 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B environments. ● A strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career, with a target-driven mindset. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. ● Ability to build strong working relationships within the team and across departments. ● Basic commercial acumen and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals. ● Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided. ● Interest in B2B sales, payments, fintech, or related industries is advantageous.
