We are currently looking for a motivated Inside Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team! What must be accomplished: Renew all services plans. Control service plan churn through updating credit card EFT payments. Send welcome emails and letters to all new members. Follow-up on all unsold estimates greater than $3,500. Convert free service plans into paying memberships. Work closely with field service technicians and project managers to close estimates. Utilize CRM system follow-up to track all progress for service plans and unsold estimates. Other job duties assigned. Requirements Inside sales experience is a plus! Must possess exceptional customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word and Excel Experience utilizing Financing. Sales Training Self-starter Possess 3 years’ work-related experience.
