BPL Sales Limited is in search of an Inside Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will be a dedicated, hard-working individual who takes pride in their work. They will be responsible for maintaining sales relationships with customers while providing reliable inside mechanical sales support to our customer base. They will manage the flow of work orders and coordinate the purchase of job materials and parts. They will maintain excellent rapport and build long-term value-based relationships with new and existing customers. With their enthusiastic and ambitious approach, they will provide the highest quality of customer service and play a definite key role in enhancing our corporate image and reputation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales department and Project Managers to track job progress and keep track of project stages
  • Produce installation, operation, and maintenance manuals for projects
  • Manage parts and service requests
  • Project quoting and estimating support
  • Enter job orders and produce material purchase orders for projects
  • Work with the accounting department for project progress billing
  • Other duties as assigned

Beneficial Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to time manage
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment is considered a definite asset
  • Must have proficient knowledge of Computers/Microsoft office programs
  • Post secondary schooling in a related field is considered an asset.
  • Must have valid Class 5 Driver’s License
