What You Will Do Respond quickly to inbound homeowners and set the right first impression Understand each homeowner’s situation, not just the request Schedule and prepare opportunities for our Comfort Advisors Communicate clearly through phone, text, and email Own the follow-up and re-engage homeowners who have not yet responded Stay connected through multiple touchpoints until the homeowner makes a confident decision Track and manage opportunities inside HubSpot CRM Help create a smooth and professional buying experience This Role Is a Fit If You are comfortable on the phone and enjoy talking with people You are organized and follow through You are curious about sales and how people make decisions You want to grow into something bigger Two Paths. Responsibilities
The coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, responding quickly to inbound inquiries via phone, text, and email to set a positive first impression. Key duties include understanding homeowner situations, scheduling opportunities for Comfort Advisors, and owning the follow-up process until a decision is made, all while tracking opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
