I am working with a Freight Forwarding business who due to continued growth are searching for an Inside Sales Clerk

You will be responsible for pricing import and export LCL quotes, communicating with clients, offices and agents and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Sending out new quotes to new and existing accounts
• Follow up on all quotes sent
• Secure each booking and sent all relevant paperwork to the correct team
• Call all new leads to discuss their potential business and discuss all products available
• Send the field sales team direct leads
• Answering calls from customers to help with any questions or queries
• Make note of all containers and the arrival destination
• Ad-hoc duties

Experience:
2 years experience working within Freight Forwarding
