REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in inside sales management or a similar role within the automotive and industrial sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management and business development.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
