Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role,
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely processing of quotations, orders, and deliveries.
  • Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.s.
  • Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
