Responsibilities
  • Own the sales coordination process — from lead tracking to follow-up scheduling, option builds, and everything in between.
  • Collaborate with Comfort Advisors and the Inside Sales Team to maximize closing rates and keep the calendar full.
  • Manage all incoming estimate leads — via phone, web, and text — and move them swiftly into appointments.
  • Ensure every sales lead is touched within minutes — urgency wins in this game.
  • Build proposal packages and communicate with customers before and after their appointments.
  • Keep customers engaged post-visit: send follow-up quotes, answer questions, and keep the deal alive.
  • Stay organized and on top of daily, weekly, and monthly sold revenue goals.
