Description
  * Respond to customer enquiries received through calls, emails, and other electronic channels in a timely and professional manner. * Support customer-facing sales teams by preparing budgetary quotations for standard and less complex requirements. * Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and sales events, including preparation and execution support. * Process customer orders and generate order acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notifications. * Communicate order status, inventory updates, delivery timelines, and other sales-related information to internal and external stakeholders. * Assist in resolving customer concerns related to orders, shipments, and after-sales support. * Compile, analyze, and report inventory and stock status information where processes are standardized and repetitive. * Support branch operations and retail sales activities to ensure smooth execution of sales processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. * Maintain accurate sales and customer records while supporting sales pipeline activities and forecasting processes.
