Ricoh Finland are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team in Espoo!
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in handling inbound sales leads, responding to customer queries, and supporting the sales team in managing customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous junior sales/coordinator experience to further develop their career and progress towards role as a Key Accounts Manager. You’ll be instrumental in upselling, cross-selling, and helping Ricoh Finland grow their customer base.

What you will be doing

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and customer queries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of Ricoh Finland’s products and services, allowing you to present them effectively both internally and externally.
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term engagement.
  • Research customer needs to identify sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling solutions to current customers.
  • Manage customer processing and sales for both existing and potential clients.
  • Provide support to Key Account Managers in managing larger client relationships and sales efforts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes and tools, supporting sales team to ensure, that accurate information is maintained in CRM (Siebel).

You will ideally have

  • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Assistant, with B2B sales skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Siebel).
  • Experience in a similar sales support or coordination role, with a desire to grow into a Key Account Manager position.
  • High attention to detail and eager to learn with an enthusiastic attitude towards building relationships, learning new skills and driving towards targets.
  • Fluent in English and Finnish
