Description Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Inside Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining operational accuracy. --- Key Responsibilities · Provide customers with outstanding service and support · Assist in handling customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently · Build and maintain strong rapport with customers · Provide quotes and process orders for customers · Coordinate with other departments on orders --- Required Skills & Qualifications Core Skills: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently · Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment while maintaining attention to detail · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications · Experience with NetSuite (or equivalent ERP system) is a plus Basic Requirements: · Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience · Basic accounting or financial knowledge · Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment · Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background check --- What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability.
