About the Role: The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting two growing consumer brands: Maverick Hunting and Skee-Ball Home Arcade. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, dealer support, customer experience, and operational coordination. From premium hunting blinds and platforms to iconic home arcade games, our products are high-value, high-impact purchases. This position ensures that every order, quote, and dealer interaction reflects the strength of our brands and supports continued revenue growth. As a key member of a high-performance team, this role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Production, and Logistics to accelerate opportunities, support our dealer network, and deliver a best-in-class experience to retail stores, e-commerce partners, outfitters, and end customers. Hours & Pay Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm Pay Range: $50,000-$70,000 annually Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Support Manage the full order lifecycle for Maverick Hunting and Skee-Ball Home Arcade accounts, including quotes, order entry, and fulfillment coordination Support inbound dealer and retail opportunities with timely follow-up and accurate pricing execution Assist the sales team with promotional programs, seasonal campaigns, and dealer growth initiatives Ensure pricing accuracy across dealer programs, promotions, and channel-specific strategies Dealer & Customer Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for retail stores, dealers, outfitters, and e-commerce partners Provide proactive order status updates, lead time communication, and issue resolution Support parts and service inquiries with strong product knowledge and solution-oriented communication Strengthen dealer relationships by delivering consistent, reliable support that reinforces brand trust Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination Align customer purchase orders with production schedules and inventory availability Coordinate with Logistics and Production to ensure on-time shipment of large, freight-sensitive products Maintain data accuracy within ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and internal reporting tools Identify process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability as both brands grow Brand & Marketing Collaboration Partner with Marketing on outbound dealer initiatives, promotions, and product launches Support trade show and industry event coordination Help ensure that every customer touchpoint reflects the premium positioning of both brands Work Environment Office-based (95%) Limited production floor or warehouse coordination (5%) Requirements Education & Experience Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, customer service, or dealer support Experience working with consumer products, dealer networks, or retail accounts preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) Epicor ERP or similar ERP system experience strongly preferred Experience processing orders through EDI, working in systems like SPS Commerce, Rithum, Commerce Hub, all a plus. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies Revenue-focused mindset with strong understanding of how operational execution supports sales growth Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards in pricing, order entry, and fulfillment Strong communicator capable of working across Sales, Marketing, and Operations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment Customer-first attitude with the confidence to resolve issues quickly and professionally Accountable, collaborative team player who thrives in a growth-focused organization Understanding vendor compliance requirements Managing ship windows and OTIF metrics Chargeback research and dispute resolution Familiarity with freight class, bill of lading, and ASN accuracy Travel Requirements Occasional travel (5–10%) to support trade shows and industry events Physical Requirements Standard office duties; no special physical requirements Online applications only.
