Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
Location: Calgary, AB
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $56,000.00 - $60,000.00
Trimark People Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client. We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Coordinator based in Calgary, Alberta.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The job holder will play a key role in coordinating communication and documentation related to customer order fulfillment and inside sales operations. This includes handling inquiries from a diverse customer base, translating customer requirements into actionable tasks for relevant teams, and ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout the process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales coordination or project coordination (considered an asset)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft applications including NAV, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to details with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Open-minded and collaborative, with a willingness to embrace diverse perspectives and innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and actively listen
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to achieve goals and take initiative
  • Passionate about the role, consistently striving for excellence and continuous improvement

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the sales activities from customers’ Purchase Order (PO) arrival to billing
  • Ensure the adequacy of equipment, materials and pricing for sales orders
  • Ensure effective information flow of customers’ requirements to manufacturing team
  • Create full visibility of projects status and progress to all stakeholders
  • Manage company profiles on various Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) platforms related to sales activities
  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to sales activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team
  • Maintain records and support internal and external auditors
  • Use company systems (CRM, ERP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) effectively
  • Contribute to internal reporting for decision-makers
  • Other duties as assigned
