The Inside Sales Advisor is responsible for achieving revenue goals through exceptional customer interactions and accurate, efficient sales proposals for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Build rapport with customers and present suitable products and services. ? Develop and maintain client relationships, successfully negotiating and closing deals. ? Ensure proposals are detailed and accurate for a smooth hand-off to the installation team. ? Educate customers on products, pricing, and financing options. ? Promote Go Green services by instilling confidence in customers and encouraging referrals. ? Maintain follow-up and reporting sheets. ? Conduct post-sale follow-ups to verify customer satisfaction and confirm inspection dates. ? Follow up with non-converted leads within 24 hours and offer additional follow-up within 48 hours if needed. ? Work closely with Technicians, Sales Team, and Call Center, to ensure that we are able to serve every customer with the highest quality, and assist them in closing leads that otherwise may not have closed. Requirements Proven sales record with an understanding of profitability impacts. ? Competency in Google Sheets and sales applications, with excellent organization and follow-through. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present effectively. ? Outgoing, adaptable personality suited to a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment. ?
