JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team for VFD/Servo products used in industrial automation. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients while also engaging in outside sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a background in B2B sales, and a passion for technology sales. Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, Shopify, hubspot and the ability to communicate effectively in both English, French and Spanish are highly desirable.
This is a part time position leading to a full time postion.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and business development strategies and account management practices.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably for VFD/Servo technology or related industries.
  • Proficiency in hubspot for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and market conditions effectively.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in French and Spanish is a plus but not required.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: $17.20-$26.56 per hour
    Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
