Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As our Inside Sales Rep, you’ll be the first voice homeowners hear, and the one that sets the tone for a trusted, stress-free experience.
Your role is about listening deeply, qualifying leads, and building relationships with people who need to sell their homes. You’ll guide them through the early stages of the process and coordinate next steps with our Home Buying Specialists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Convert inbound leads into booked appointments
  • Build rapport with homeowners quickly and authentically
  • Qualify prospects with care and attention to their unique situations
  • Manage lead follow-up with consistency and clarity
  • Research property values and gather key data
  • Coordinate next steps with our acquisitions team
  • Keep accurate records and collaborate on growth strategies
  • Show up strong for team training and development
