QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management

  • Mechanically inclined to problem solve and determine a solution
  • Proficient in industrial sales, with an understanding of technical products
  • Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions
  • Experience using QuickBooks software is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate and work hand in hand with shop personnel on order status, approvals, sequence
  • Work with shop personnel to ensure appropriate product is ordered
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and enhance business development
  • Leverage technology sales expertise to assist clients with product selection
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers
  • Work with suppliers on product ordering for shop and office
  • Write up and track work orders
  • Create and submit invoices either via email or by phone and ensuring proper PO from client is received
  • Taking client payment via terminal at front office
