Our priority is to make sure we hire professional Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a customer service representative with us the minimum responsibilities are:

  • Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes in service.
  • Accepting payments from customers, researching customer billing inquiries and updating customer account information.
  • Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe environmentally sound solutions to service issues.
  • Sourcing new business opportunities
  • Enter intelligence gathered into our ARES and Trux systems for future follow up.
  • Working with operations and administrative staff in a team environment but must be capable of working independently.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, providing solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Work with sales team to call on all sales campaigns/promotions, new service launch and other sales related initiatives

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Experience in high-volume Inside Sales/Customer Service preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
