JOB OVERVIEW:

As an Inside Sales/CSR, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries, providing product information, processing quotes, and fostering strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Must have demonstratable CAD experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Respond promptly and courteously to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing product information, pricing, and quotations as needed.
- Actively engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and generate sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Process customer quotes accurately and efficiently, ensuring all specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements are considered.
- Follow up on inquiries that were not awarded, finding out whenever possible the reason that we were not able to win the job.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Provide proactive communication to customers regarding order status updates and any potential delays.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to achieve swift resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales.
• Possesses a positive personality with an optimistic attitude and excellent communication skills.
• At least 3 - 5 years of AutoCAD / Inventor experience.
• Proficient computer skills are essential, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
