Key Responsibilities: * Engage with potential and existing clients in person, via phone, email and online platforms to understand their needs and preferences. * Collaborate on interiors projects, including client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and management of budgets and schedules. * Resolve customer concerns regarding products and services to ensure a positive customer experience * Create detailed and accurate sales quote detailing selected products, quantities, and pricing, presenting timely and professionally, with appropriately timed client follow-up. * Using Salesforce, maintain accurate records of all communications, quotes and client interactions. * Strive to achieve and exceed sales goals given by showroom * Collaborate as a team to generate new clients and cultivate sales Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred * Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Suite – Word/Excel/Powerpoint * Microsoft Outlook – Inbox Management * Experience in Salesforce a plus, or other CRM system * Minimum of two years of inside sales experience, order processing, payment deposits * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal * Physical Requirements- must be able to lift and move up to 10# * Sitting, standing and walking throughout the day Benefit Offerings Include: * Paid Time off of 15 days per year, accrued bi-weekly * Eight Sick Days Per Year * 11 Paid Holidays * Paid Parental Leave * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, including HDHP with HSA * 401k Retirement Plan with Bi-Weekly Company Match * Company Paid Life Insurance and Long-term Disability Insurance * Voluntary Benefits of Short-term Disability, Supplemental Life/ADD, Critical Illness, Accident, Norton, Hospital Indemnity * Employee Assistance Program Perennials and Sutherland participates in E-Verify and is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative will engage with clients to understand their needs, manage interior design projects, and handle sales quotes and budgets. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.
