We are currently seeking a creative, customer-focused design professional to join our Calgary Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.

POSITION SUMMARY

Collaborating with the Sales Manager and the Outside Sales team, you will be a vital part of the Divine team. You will wear many hats, never have a boring day, and flex your creative muscles. Customers will demand the most from you and you will absolutely deliver. You will have room to grow with the team and they will always support you in your journey.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as the first point of contact for retail clients in our showroom, by educating on products and pricing.
  • Conduct selections appointments with homebuilder clients.
  • Provide a high level of service in managing assigned builder accounts.
  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Divine product offerings and pricing.
  • Cover shifts in the Calgary showroom as scheduled and assist with daily showroom operations.
  • Lead with service in resolving customer challenges and ensure every customer leaves happy.
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new sales opportunities.
  • Support the Outside Sales team, when necessary.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:

  • Completed a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Product Development or a relevant discipline.
  • Equivalent industry training, certifications or related business experience, considered an asset.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), as well as CAD, Canva, Drop Box and Monday.com
