Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, demonstrates a high level of integrity, & is a dedicated hard worker. They will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and closing their own book of business. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close deals. Duties & Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Report to Account Manager Team Lead with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results. Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing Marketing Qualified Leads and finding potential new sales opportunities. Nurture relationships post-sale to onboard new customers, drive expansion opportunities, and ensure successful implementation. This position requires some travel to regional/national company sales meetings, conferences, etc. Required Skills & Abilities: Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software Strong communication skills via phone, email and Zoom Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills Motivation and ability to move up within a sales organization Education & Experience: Experience in inside sales or sales development, with a track record of achieving sales quotas (preferred but not required). Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
