You will play a crucial role in our growth strategy, providing comprehensive HVAC solutions to customers primarily across the DACH region secondary the rest of Europe. Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Engineer, your primary role will be to provide technical solutions to potential and existing customers. You will collaborate closely with the Outside Sales Engineers, offering technical support, preparing quotations, and following up on sales opportunities to drive success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical support: Advising customers and colleagues on engineering solutions.
  • Quotation & proposal development: Preparing detailed proposals tailored to customer needs
  • Layout and selection of fabric duct air distribution systems according to customer’s requirements using in-house software tools
  • Sales follow-ups: Ensuring timely responses to inquiries, leads, and quotations.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the Outside Sales Engineer to support business growth.
  • Customer engagement: Maintaining proactive communication with new and existing clients.
