This Inside Sales Engineer role is a 12 Month temporary position
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the field sales team to nurture customer connections. Your key tasks include swiftly handling technical quotation requests, transforming them into orders. Your duties encompass creating comprehensive quotations with necessary documents and designs for both standard and tailored solutions aligning with customer needs.

Subsequently, engage with customers to encourage order placement. Upon order confirmation, your responsibilities extend to inputting it into the ERP/MRP system and managing associated queries, ensuring clients are updated on any schedule adjustments during the process.

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately within agreed deadlines
  • Prepare sales quotations, prequalification documents, technical proposals, and any other information requested by customers or prospects
  • Take responsibility for maintaining a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that quotations are accurately and promptly recorded to meet departmental KPIs
  • Review the accuracy of quotations, technical documentation, customer orders, and all relevant documents before forwarding them for order processing
  • Follow up on and manage open quotations within agreed deadlines and report accordingly
  • Maximize the potential of key accounts and develop new business relationships with existing and new customers
  • Apply existing processes to resolve routine or standardized problems
  • Work under the guidance and supervision of the Inside Sales Supervisor or Customer Service Team Leader
