Job Description Understand RFQs, project specifications and prepare quotation for valve actuators (electric/pneumatics) and their spares in the expected timeline. Handle quick or urgent quote requests efficiently based on priorities. Address technical queries from internal and external customers related to our products. Coordinate with contracts/service people as and when required. Respond emails and phones promptly. Focus on details and assure quality quotations. Work towards customer satisfaction. Qualifications BE/B. Tech candidates (EEE/E&I/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation). 2 - 4 years’ experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/any other customer support Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and Outlook. Must be able to communicate in English fluently. Preferable if the candidate has handled valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems/GEM portal tenders/any other electrical or electronic products
