Business Unit/Department: Inside Sales – Various Job Summary: The inside sales engineering internship at ECI is an exciting position to learn about our company and gain an understanding of engineering sales. As an intern, you would work directly with our inside sales engineers and order management teams to support our customers, which will help you gain an appreciation for our mission. You would also be working on various projects to help the inside sales and order management teams in their daily work. Location: Lawrence, PA Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work alongside the inside sales engineers to gain an understanding of their day-to-day work and learn our business in order to support daily activities Responsible for various projects to help support the inside sales team, which include: Developing various quoting tools Developing various efficiency tools for order management Identifying, correcting and enhancing customer data Maintain training database for employees to easily access training materials Requirements The Ideal Candidate: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a cumulative GPA at or above 2.8 Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task Must be a team player able to work closely with all employees Core Competencies: WORK COLLABORATIVELY - Promote an inclusive and positive work environment that encourage collaboration and team building across all levels of the organization.
