Description

JOB SCOPE

  • Build and maintain strong business and social relationships with customers across Southeast Asia.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for invoicing and bookings in coordination with Sales Manager.
  • Handle customer inquiries on pricing and delivery promptly (verbal/written).
  • Manage customer orders: receive, review, enter contracts, and process invoices in Stratix.
  • Provide reports on customer needs, market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Monitor competition (pricing, products, lead times) and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Support cross-department goals to achieve company-wide objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3 years’ relevant experience in steel distribution, precision engineering, or oil & gas.
  • Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Business, Mechanical, or Materials Science Engineering (Degree preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
