QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–3 years of commercial experience in steel distribution, precision engineering, or Oil & Gas.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Mechanical, or Materials Science Engineering preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in Southeast Asia.
• Meet or exceed sales targets in coordination with sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries on pricing and delivery promptly.
• Process contracts, orders, and invoices through Stratix.
• Provide regular reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate across departments to support company goals.
