Description

The Inside Salesperson will be responsible for managing small accounts, supporting marketing initiatives, assisting with CRM updates, and providing quotation creation support for the business development team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment..
· Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts for services, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
· Handle routine enquiries, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and lead generation initiatives.
· Provide feedback from clients to assist with refining marketing strategies.
Help track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts in relation to small accounts.
· Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead data.
· Track sales activities, customer interactions, and ensure data is up to date for reporting and analysis.
· Assist the sales team in using CRM tools effectively to maximize performance.
· Assist in the preparation and creation of quotations for the business development team.
· Ensure quotations are accurate, timely, and in line with client specifications and business standards.
· Follow up on quotations to gather feedback and drive closure of sales.
· Identify new business opportunities within the small account portfolio.
· Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to support new business opportunities.
· Attend occasional client meetings or calls when required.
· Assist marketing with lead generation and lead assignments.
Provide regular reports on account status, sales performance, and marketing feedback to the General Manager and Head of Sales.
Ensure all sales-related documentation is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
