As an Inside Sales Executive, your typical day may include the following Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers Perform research to identify key contact person within a target organization (B2B marketing) through: Google research, LinkedIn research, initial cold calling Conduct cold calling to explore sales opportunities and actively follow up on sales leads Deliver sales demos of software solutions Negotiate and close business deals Perform client on-boarding and training Manage and resolve customer requests and claims on due time with relevant parties Qualifications A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or any related field Demonstrable software sales experience preferably for a board management solution Commercial awareness of mobile and digital products, and SaaS Ability to build rapport easily and strengthen relationships Great people skills in engaging mid-level to C-suite personnel Must have a global perspective and be able to work in a cross-cultural environment Hiring Condition: Successful completion of background checking will be required as a condition of hire. *This is for a hybrid work set-up for an indefinite schedule. Work tools will be provided.
