Job Summary

Brainy n Bright is looking for a confident and motivated US Telecaller to join our night-shift team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with US-based customers, making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales and business development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients in the USA.
• Communicate professionally with US customers and understand their requirements.
• Present and explain company services/products clearly and effectively.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to support sales growth.
• Maintain accurate customer data and update call records in CRM.
• Handle customer queries and objections in a professional manner.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
• Follow company scripts, communication guidelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience on every call.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to confidently communicate with US-based clients.
• Strong pronunciation, listening, and conversational skills.
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry experience.
• Willingness to work in a US night shift.
• Prior experience in US telecalling, international BPO, sales, or customer support is preferred.
