We are looking to fill the position of Inside Sales Executive in our rapidly growing business based in Cirencester.
Controlsoft manufactures and distributes a leading range of Security Access Control and Identification products to our trade clients.

EXPERIENCE

• Office Assistant/Administrator experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sage Line 50 experience (Preferred)

You must be:-

• Conversant with MS Office, including MS Excel, Word & Outlook
• Organised & efficient with good time management and ability to prioritise workload
• Literate and accurate with an eye for detail
• Confident and able to build up a rapport with customers
• Self-motivated, self-starter, able to work under your own initiative

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated person who can build a strong rapport with our customers.
You will be a self-starter with an excellent customer service attitude, good telephone manner and strong administrative skills.

Your role will involve aspects of the following:-

• Answering inbound sales calls
• Help manage the sales inbox
• Help prepare quotations for sales team
• Maintaining and updating CRM system.
• Handling queries and directing calls through to necessary team members.
• Booking meetings for BDM’s
• Updating Social Media outlets
• Meet & greet clients on arrival to our office
