Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Executive you will be accountable for selling Global Payments product suite to a range of inbound and outbound leads. Your pipeline will range from small to large businesses with a key focus on educating the customers on our product and services and conveying their value proposition.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to cultivate leads and convert opportunities by exploring and understanding the clients’ needs and challenges;
  • Building relationships with prospects and leveraging relationships with existing customers to grow new business;
  • Qualify and engage with inbound inquiries;
  • Coaching customers on how to maximise the use of our services;
  • Generate referrals for new business by fostering strong relationships with new customers;
  • Work with a growing team to execute the sales strategy.
