• Proactively engage with installer customers to generate and grow sales.
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and orders from B2B clients.
• Prepare and send accurate quotations for solar systems and components.
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to close business.
• Support key sales managers in maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (orders, contacts, and communication history).
• Provide product information and guidance to customers.
• Assist with sales campaigns, promotions, and lead follow-ups.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
• Process orders in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by responding promptly to queries and issues.
• Assist in chasing outstanding quotes and following up with potential customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
• Provide administrative support for tenders, proposals, and pricing requests.
• Generate sales reports and track KPIs for management.
