To drive growth in new machine sales at Holt JCB by proactively engaging the entire customer and prospect database via telephone. The role is focused on generating qualified leads, booking appointments for the field sales team, and directly converting smaller machine sales where appropriate.
· Conduct structured outbound call campaigns across the Holt JCB customer and prospect database.
· Identify opportunities for new JCB machine sales across all sectors (construction, agriculture, utilities, etc.).
· Qualify leads, gather key buying signals, and book appointments for Territory Sales Managers.
· Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert smaller sales opportunities directly where possible.
· Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
· Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to align activity and follow up on campaigns.
· Support product launches, promotions, and regional events with targeted phone outreach.
· Deliver agreed KPI metric around lead generation, appointments set, and direct machine sales.
