Established good customer relationship and provide product selection solution to best meet the customer's workplace need. Penetration and retention of existing business through pro active outbound calls & email marketing promotions. Influences customers to buy products and to give product information and price quotations. To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number) To attend customer's feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints To execute any promotion implemented by Marketing/Sales for re-activation or existing customer under the vacant territories Provide excellent customer experience and maintain high level of service and professionalism at all times Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed All other adhoc reasonable assignment assigned to you from time to time Qualifications Minimum Diploma level SAP user , high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Sales prospoecting skills, sales negotiation skills, Effectice communicator. Fluent in oral and written English.
